Yes, on the documents: Geo Targetly's SaaS Agreement names TechTurtle, s. r. o. as the company, its prices are public in US dollars and its trial asks for no payment details. The weak point is refunds, because Geo Targetly says none are provided.

The Dev plan, 1,000 pageviews a month, is $12 a month billed monthly on the standard list and $14 in a live price test that shows some visitors higher amounts, as read on October 30, 2026.

Who runs Geo Targetly

The Agreement is the contract, and it names TechTurtle, s. r. o., company number ICO 55791549. Slovak law governs it, and disputes go to the Slovak Bar Association's arbitration court. A help article says the company is based in Slovakia, and another says some accounts might owe VAT because the owner is in the EU.

The Agreement prints October 30, 2023, as its last update.

What the terms commit you to

The Agreement bills the service fee in advance for each plan cycle. A help article says canceling stops service and billing at once, but the Agreement refunds no unused part of a plan, and the pricing page says the quota does not roll over. The documented signs run the other way. The trial runs 14 days and Geo Targetly asks for no payment details to start it. Geo Links is limited to one setup and about 400 clicks in the trial, and the Agreement lets Geo Targetly end trial accounts that misuse the service.

The WordPress.org listing for the Geo Redirect plugin shows 1,000+ active installations, a last update 11 months ago and WordPress.org's notice that it is untested with the latest 3 major releases. The 99.9 and 99.999 percent uptime figures are Geo Targetly's own claims, and the Agreement states no uptime figure.

Who should pick a rival with a guarantee

A buyer who wants a refund window should pick a rival that prints one. If-So carries a 30-day refund guarantee on Pro and Agency. Geo Controller carries 14 days on Freelancer, $132 a year for up to 5 websites, and on Business, $349 a year, but none on Monthly or Personal. Both run on WordPress only.
